We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast staff was always friendly and cute. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the rooms were well-maintained. The location of the hotel was also convenient and easily accessible. We appreciated the helpfulness of Andressa, who went out of her way to assist us throughout our entire stay.

The breakfast staff was great, always greeting us with a smile. The location of the hotel was quite convenient as we were in close proximity to our work conference. , the hotel offered a really nice selection of toiletries which was nice.
One person in particular was extremely unfriendly and rude to my mother. It really put a damper on our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located with some good restaurants nearby and easy access to the local attractions. the breakfast staff were warm and welcoming, serving a hearty breakfast. the rooms are comfortable and well furnished, with clean and modern bathrooms.
One of the receptionists was not friendly and the car park was a tight squeeze, particularly for larger vehicles.

During my New Year's stay, I was impressed with the outstanding service provided by Andressa in every possible way. Also, the breakfast staff were always friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was perfect, as it provided easy access to key tourist hotspots. The rooms were well-equipped, and the amenities provided were of high quality.
There were a handful of downsides to my stay. Some of the receptionists were not friendly at all, which made the check-in process rather unpleasant. Additionally, the car park was quite small and it was difficult to park larger vehicles. Despite these negatives aspects, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would consider returning in the future.
